A judge decides whether the minor is released to a parent or detained. This hearing, not a bail schedule, controls release.
If an adult case exists
Where a case is filed in adult court, an adult bail amount can apply — and at that point a bond becomes relevant. We check which court has the case before quoting anything.
How To Post Bail At Youth Transition Campus
Premium on a California bail bond is set by the rate filed with the Department of Insurance under Cal. Ins. Code §1800, the starting figure comes from the San Diego County Superior Court felony and misdemeanor bail schedule, and review or reduction runs under Penal Code §1270.1.
